Delivery costs and times

Carriage is charged at £9.50 plus VAT per order for most orders to the UK mainland. Some places in Scotland, Ireland and the Channel Islands will be charged at a little more as couriers charge more for these destinations. For smaller orders we are happy to send via first class post but you will need to contact us for a price. We are happy to send any item internationally but you will need to contact us before placing an order and we will be happy to quote a price. Stock items can be delivered on the next working day if the order has been placed by 3pm. Should you wish to check the availability before placing an order please call the office on 01308 459106 and we will be happy to help. In the unlikely event of an order being placed and an item being out of stock we will contact you to make you aware of this situation. If such an event occurs you will be given the choice of a refund in full or the order can be despatched as soon as the item has come back into stock.

Payment

We accept on line payments using the Paypal checkout system. Please note - you do not need to be registered with paypal to use this system, you can use any debit or credit card without having to register with them. Should you prefer not to purchase online you can call the office on 01308 459106 to make payment with a debit or credit card. We accept all major cards. We also accept postal orders and cheques should you prefer to pay via this method. These will need to be made out to 'Marque 21' and posted to Unit 20, Dreadnought Trading Estate, Bridport, Dorset, DT6 5BU.

Returns

We do accept returns on stock items only. We do not accept returns on 'special order' parts. All items must be returned within 28 days of receipt. All items must be returned in the original packaging and in their original condition. Once the item has been returned to us it will be inspected before a refund is issued. Unfortunately we cannot refund any carriage charges unless there was an error made by Marque 21.
