Payment

Should you prefer not to order online payment is also accepted via cheque or postal order which need to made out to 'Marque 21' and posted to the address on our Contact page. We also accept credit/debit card payments which can be made by calling the office on 01308 459106. We accept all major credit/debit cards. We do not store our customers credit card details for security reasons so please have them handy each time you call.

Delivery

Delivery on stock items can be made next working day on all orders placed before 3pm. The standard delivery charge to the UK (with some exceptions in Scotland and Ireland & the Channel Islands) via courier is £11.50 plus VAT for a statndard size order. Should you require a small item which you would like sent in the post we will be happy to quote a postage price when your order is placed. Carriage may be extra on large or bulky items but you will be informed of this before your order is sent out. Should you wish to order a non stock item you will be given an estimated delivery date when placing your order. After placing any online order we will contact you via email to confirm the delivery date. In the unlikely event that a part or parts are out of stock we will inform you of the estimated re-stocking date. Should you prefer not to wait we will of course offer a full refund.

Returns

Returns can be made on stock items only. We do not accept returns on special order parts. If you are unsure if your item is a stock item or not please ask when ordering. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be returned in their original condition. Items must be returned to the address on our Contact page. A refund will be given upon inspection of the returned item. Carriage cannot be refunded unless an error was made by Marque 21. If you are returning an item that has no fault or has not been incorrectly supplied there may be a 10% admin charge to cover our costs.
